Kimberlie has lived in Raleigh for over 20 years, and she loves calling NC home. She began her real estate career in 2011 when she and her husband, David, founded Carpenter Real Estate Group to complement his commercial development ventures in downtown.
When she's not working, you'll find Kimberlie out running on the greenways and streets of downtown Raleigh as she's been an avid marathoner for over 20 years. She has a personal best of 2:46:37 in the Boston Marathon in 2013, placing 13th American female. Although the pace has slowed these days, she’s still racing, and recently placed 5th masters in the Chicago marathon. Kimberlie, David and their boys, Wright and Grey, enjoying traveling together, whether it be to NC’s beautiful coast and mountains or to explore new cities across the US.
